Thank you for sharing your story. I have a family member with schizophrenia who recently relapsed after many years of living a healthy life. People like you sharing your story of recovery helps so much. If you haven’t read the book Hidden Valley Road I can not recommend it enough. It follows a family of 12 with 6 siblings who suffered from schizophrenia. The book also covers decades of genetic research and is very enlightening.
